I don't imagine he's lost interest, it's just that most of these posts seem to reach a logical conclusion and then no-one says anything else. And then the board is quiet for ages. If he reads this, I'd sure be interested in an update too.

Making a game is hard.  The 13th Doll team has been working on a sequel for like 5 years now and they're really nowhere close to being finished.  This guy, working alone, may have realized there was going to be a lot more work than he bargained for.  If not, then an update would be nice.  I'd like to know what sort of progress he's made.

I agree, and in my opinion you cannot make a product that has the quality of a professional product on your own. You need a team of people to do so... The 13th doll project is a good way to get hings done, if coordinated well enough
